how does fortcochin restaurant change menu everyday?????

Yes!! its a tough job to change the menu every day. But the exquisite verities of seafood and the vast seashore that the QUEEN OF ARABIAN SEA offers makes it possible. And another fact is that the restaurant does not have a menu!!!!!!
As a matter of fact the fortcochin restaurant has a menu on wheels. The trolley that comes to your table with all that fresh' CATCH OF THE DAY'. Now how do i explain let me say all the fish that one see in the trolley would be swimming that very fine morning and now in the evening its on your plate- GRILLED,POACHED,CURRIED,STEAMED,BROILED and what not you can do with the seafood.
Another way of looking at this NON-MENU restaurant is that we as a guest decide our own menu for our special dinner. What would you do if you catch your favorite fish and wish to cook the way you like it.
