THE OYSTER........
Fort Cochin Restaurant has newly introduced Oysters. Why should someone have Oysters in FORT COCHIN? Good question.... Oysters are one of the many resources that our beautiful land has not yet explored. We claim our OYSTERS are better than French Oysters. As per European standards our back waters are fairly unpolluted. Unpolluted as in No harmful chemicals and metals in our back waters. Our oysters are much more plump and tasty then the French.
My next few Blogs would be about oysters alone coz they are worth talking about for hours.
